All SquareBuild pricing covers labour only. You purchase and supply all materials — bricks, cement, sand, tiles, paint, steel, roofing. We manage those materials on site and apply the skill, expertise, and accountability to build with them correctly. This means our pricing is straightforward: you pay for what we do, not for what you can buy yourself.
No material markup. You buy direct from suppliers at retail price. We never add a margin to materials.
No procurement float. Money for materials never passes through SquareBuild. Your financial risk is limited to our agreed labour fee, released in stages.
Full site management included. Material tracking, wastage control, delivery scheduling, and artisan supervision — all included in the labour rate.
Written quote before anything starts. Every project gets an itemised written quotation. No verbal figure ever becomes a contract.

High-Density New Build
Full house bricklaying from site setup and foundation through to wall plate. Scope varies by wall length, height, number of rooms, and openings.
Full House Plastering
Internal and external plastering, skim coat, and surface preparation. Final cost depends on total wall area and whether skim coat is required.
Roof & Ceiling Installation
Roof truss installation, covering material application, and ceiling fitting. Varies by roof type, span, pitch, and ceiling area.
New Build House Wiring
Complete residential wiring for a new build including DB board, all socket, switch, light, and appliance points.
Solar System Installation
Mounting, wiring, and commissioning. Quote based on number of panels and system size. All equipment supplied by you.
Full House Painting
Complete interior and exterior painting. Quote based on total paintable surface area and number of coats specified.

You Share Your Plan & Requirements
Send your building plan (or a sketch), project location, services needed, and timeline. WhatsApp or email — whichever is easier for you.
We Review & Measure
We extract all relevant quantities from your plan — wall lengths, areas, openings, levels — and calculate the labour scope accurately. Site visits arranged at no cost if needed.
We Send a Written, Itemised Quote
Within 48 hours, you receive a written quotation broken down by stage and service. Each line shows what is included and what the labour cost is. No lump sums, no vague totals.
You Decide — No Pressure
The quote is yours regardless of whether you proceed. Questions answered, scope adjustments re-quoted. When you're ready, we sign and set a start date.
What We Don't Do
These practices are common in Zimbabwe's construction market. SquareBuild never operates this way.
